Booking Conditions
- The rates provided for you on this website are available ONLY through AMAZING GREECE.COM. Rates advertised on our website are subject to availability.
- Your credit card will be charged ONLY after the booking is confirmed. Once the credit card is processed we will email your
CONFIRMATION/ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER to you,
which MUST BE presented to the hotel upon check-in.
AMAZING GREECE.COM takes no responsibility if you lose the Voucher.
- If you wish to cancel your booking after the voucher has been issued, a cancellation fee will apply in accordance with the stricter of our company’s policy and the hotel’s individual policy.
- If you cancel after the voucher has been issued, a nominal cancellation fee of 15 EURO will apply in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- The hotel’s cancellation policy will always be displayed to you prior to the completion of the booking, on the final page of the booking process.

When you contact us, we require any 2 (TWO) on the following, so that we may efficiently process your
request and reply to you:
- Your Booking Confirmation Number
- Email Address used in the booking
- Name and Surname used in the booking
A Cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.
- Credit Card Information – The client must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. All care must
be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. AMAZING GREECE.COM takes
no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
- The client must submit a valid email address on the Reservation Form. This email address will be used for all future
correspondence relating to your booking. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the
Reservation Form is correct. It is the client’s responsibility to advise AMAZING GREECE.COM if an error in the email address
was submitted on the Reservation Form or any other correspondence. AMAZING GREECE.COM takes no responsibility for any
incorrect information submitted.
- AMAZING GREECE.COM intends to provide you with all the services that you request from us. In rare
cases, when the hotel is not able to honor you reservation due to overbooking or any other circumstances, we will endeavor
to offer you an alternative of comparable price and standards.
If this occurs, we will contact you via email and request your
authorization to proceed with this new booking. If you decline the alternative, and you were already charged for the original
booking, a full refund will be given to you as soon as possible.
- Hotel information – All hotel information that is published on the website is current and is subject to change without
notice. AMAZING GREECE.COM has visited the majority of its featured hotels and every effort has been made
to describe the hotels as accurately as possible. However, AMAZING GREECE.COM cannot accept responsibility
for facilities, which are temporarily not available, are under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences.
Redecoration and maintenance is necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, whilst the
hotelier or supplier will endeavor to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in
a hotel and these are beyond our control. AMAZING GREECE.COM cannot accept responsibility for any
disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond their control nor for accidents in a hotel or loss caused by hotel
management or staff.
Payment
- Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We treat the security of our client’s information matter very seriously. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts the credit card number so as to make it unavailable to any other party.
- Do I have to send my credit card details online?
We encourage all our clients to submit their credit card information via our secure online credit card form. This makes it easier for us to process your booking requests quicker and more efficiently. However, you also have an option to fax your credit card details. When you come to the payment stage of the booking process, simply choose the option “I want to send my credit card details by fax”, fill in your details, print it and send it to us to the fax number provided.
- When will my credit card be charged?
Since the bookings are on request, pending confirmation from the hotel, or we are waiting an answer from you regarding your request, your credit card is charged ONLY when we receive confirmation from the hotel or yourself.
- I don’t have a credit card, is there any other way I can pay?
All bookings through our service require pre-payment, preferably by credit card. But if you don’t have one, we accept payments by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please email us and all further details will be advised to you as soon as possible.
- Which credit card types do you accept?
The cards we accept are: Visa, Master Card and American Express. All
the transactions are charged in EURO and the cost of your booking is
converted in your bank statement using our bank’s exchange rates on
the day of the transaction.
